City Welcomes New Title Company
“Margate is an up and coming city and we wanted a central location in Broward County,” said the owner of Castle Title at the company's newly minted office on N State Road 7 Margate. City and county officials welcomed the startup to Margate Monday. Margate was founded in the 1950s and has undergone a lot of growth in decades since. Infrastructure has improved, thousands of businesses have opened, and an influx of diverse cultures has made the city multidimensional. Despite changes over time, Margate has managed to preserve a welcoming, small-town feel and continues to offer opportunities for entrepreneurs.
A newcomer to the City, Castle Title, provides a host of services relative to residential and commercial real estate. The business was established by attorney Nalini Singh, Esq. who plays an active role in the development of the company and shares a love for Margate and its residents - qualities she hopes will set the company apart from competitors and enrich the local economy. “We pride ourselves on communication, good customer service and building partnerships with clients,” she told MargateNews.net.
Margate City Commissioner, Anthony Caggiano, presented a welcome plaque to Singh under a steady flash of cameras. Afterwards, attendees took turns signing the bold red streamer (seen below) and discussed everything from family life to the future of Margate. ______________
Ribbon cutting attendees included Margate Vice Mayor, Arlene Schwartz; City Commissioner, Anthony Caggiano; Broward County Property Appraiser, Marty Kiar, and Chamber of Commerce officials Ric Green and Rick Riccardi.
